If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, up to 45, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 45 days from receipt of purchase. This applies to all returnable items. See below for details.* Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise: Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1.888.636.5365. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 8 am- 5 pm PST. They will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the invoice inside the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the unused merchandise securely in the original packaging, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. All returned items must be in 100% re-sellable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange. For your security, please return your merchandise and insure it with a reliable carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and keep your receipt and tracking number. 365 Modern is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once the order has been placed. If you are unsure whether or not the items you are interested in can be returned, please call us at 1.888.636.5365. Furniture must be returned in the original box, with all packaging in place. Do not mark up the outside of the box with pens, writing, etc. Please respect the fact that an item that is returned should be able to be sold again, and that is the criteria that the item(s) will be held to when it arrives at the returns facility. We want you to be comfortable making purchases with us, knowing that you can return something if you are not completely satisfied. We just need to be able to re-sell it to another customer in new condition. Please note that we can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.
